Low and slow - In this class, you can expect to be mostly on the floor and holding poses for 3-5 minutes. Choose what you need in each pose. Will it be Yin, slowing down and stretching? Or Restorative, with even more propping and support? The room is comfortably warm, helping you to relax. Great for improved flexibility, it's also an excellent way to quiet your mind and release the stresses of a busy day. It's beginner-friendly, but can be more challenging than you think to slow down and embrace stillness!
