The perfect way to start your weekend.
Nurture your body through poses that link movement and breath to strengthen, tone, and work out any stiffness or tension from your week. Being present to your unique experience of the practice allows you to leave your busy thoughts on the other side of the door. Expect to work and use your breath at a steady pace, and feel good moving your body.
Suitable for all levels, modifications and props are provided and encouraged to help you access the poses safely and effectively. Beginner-friendly, but classes will be easier if you know basic yoga poses.
