A beautiful way to spend an hour of your day. A little bit of Yin, holding and stretching. A little bit of Flow, exploring options for unhurried movement. Whether it's gentle and relaxing or something stronger, the combination of stillness and movement will help you relieve stress and stiffness. You'll leave class with a sense of space and ease, both physically and mentally.
The class is practiced mainly on the floor in a warm room and gives you plenty of time to feel your way into things. Each person is encouraged to meet themselves where they are and move in their own way.
